Issues Executing pi_final_setup.py multiple times

Executing pi_final_setup.py multiple times causes issues with duplicated configuration. This needs to be handled by appropriate backing up and removal of other configurations. Issues arise with ssl/tls configuration especially.

Current work around involves flashing the sd card with the original image again and starting from the setup process from the beginning.
