flip stoped working

time="2019-03-07T04:26:19Z" level=error msg="Cannot connect to the Docker daemon at unix:///var/run/docker.sock. Is the docker daemon running?"

is shown in the logs of flip on all rancher nodes. Docker is running. traefik is running, but flip IP does not work. :(
