kv4 architecture manual? #71

Hi @Lithrein,
I emailed you earlier this year about the KVX architecture manual. I tried to reply to your reply at some point, but unfortunately it looks like my email bounced for some reason. Anyway, thanks for publishing the kv3 manual here! Thanks to that, I've started the process of adding KVX support to Zig.
I just wanted to ask if there are plans to publish the kv4 manual as well? Judging by compiler sources, it seems like there are notable instruction set changes so it would be good to have those properly documented.
