Updated image upload settings to 5mb and I get CORS error with a 2.1mb photo

This only happens when I use upload of files over 1MB

Error message: has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. If an opaque response serves your needs, set the request's mode to 'no-cors' to fetch the resource with CORS disabled.

I have tried a default of 10000 fileSize;
I have tried a default of 21000 fileSize; 

Expected resolution is to be able to upload files larger than 2MB as most cellphone cameras will render/save above the restricted file size

app.use(bodyParser.json({ limit: "5mb" }));

I tried the above on app.js, and presents me with the error below:

I have invited you as a collaborator since it has confidential information in the code after adding the 5mb limit it presents the error as undefined

Unhandled Rejection (TypeError): Cannot read property 'error' of undefined

Any ideas? As CORS headers appear to be the source of the error

I just visited your site and it seems to work fine. API is sending posts and users and your frontend is displaying on the page. So there is no cors issue.
If you get cors error on certain pages or while performing certain actions then check the routes (correct GET/POST methods) and controller methods and look for other errors... sometimes it appears as cors error even though its not actually cors.

Are you able to upload a photo larger than 4mb?
