Firefox Private Window with Privacy Pass AddonΒ #94

Description

@Esras

With both the new "Kagi Privacy Pass" addon and the normal "Kagi Search for Firefox," it appears that some configuration between the two gets confused and does not use the signed-in session that already exists.

It may be that this is in preparation for a feature where the private window only uses the privacy pass, but I didn't see this communicated.

This does appear to be similar to #27, but I was able to reproduce it with the Privacy Pass addon.

Reproduction from clean state:

  1. Install Kagi Search addon
  2. Get configured session link
  3. Allow the addon in Private Windows
  4. Use search in a private window (this step should work)
  5. Enable the Kagi Privacy Pass addon (including necessary token generation).
  6. Searches in private windows should still work.
  7. Enable the Privacy Pass addon in Private Windows
  8. Try to search in a private window, without the privacy pass token, search should fail.
