This plugin causes problems with the old reddit redirect plugin

If this plugin is installed, old reddit redirect plugin does not work unless old reddit redirect plugin is disabled and re-enabled on every firefox launch.

This bug is also reported with Old Reddit Redirect plugin: tom-james-watson/old-reddit-redirect#160 as well as bugzilla: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1995192 multiple people, including myself report using the Kagi plugin and being impacted.

Steps to reproduce:

• New profile for firefox
• Install Kagi plugin
• Install Old Reddit Redirect plugin
• Restart the browser
• Visit reddit.com and witness redirect to old reddit not happen
• Disable and enable the old reddit redirect plugin
• Visit reddit.com and witness the redirect to old reddit work

These issues do not occur on a clean install of firefox without the kagi plugin.

The bug is definitely in Firefox itself rather than in this extension. I investigated and confirmed that claim, with a reproducible test case: https://github.com/radian-software/firefox-declarativenetrequest-bugreport

There is additional information in that repository, however the short version is that if multiple extensions try to use the declarativeNetRequestWithHostAccess permission, then after restarting Firefox, only the extension whose addon ID is alphabetically first will work properly. Disabling+reenabling the affected extension(s) causes them to return to normal behavior, until a restart.

I provided that information on the upstream bug report thread at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1995192 as well. Hopefully we can get it resolved there.
