Option to open summary in new tab instead of new window

Currently, when using Firefox (and I assume any browser), the summarize button opens the summary in a new window. If you're running the browser in full screen mode, this makes for a pretty jarring experience as the new window is opened in a separate workspace or full screen window. Would it be possible to open the summary in a new tab instead? Or have an option to choose how to open it? I would be happy to work on a PR for this if it's a feature the team would accept.

@jcelliott I think that this would be a good configurable addition.
