Write API specification #6
Description
Write up the common API the Plugins Adapter will use to invoke the plugins. This API will be implemented by the plugins. Most likely, we will need a thin API adapter that will convert our API to existing plugin vendor APIs, e.g., Context Forge, Nemo, etc. The hope is, if our API is adopted, new plugins can be implemented against our API which we can then invoke directly. We do not want to maintain a bunch of API adapters.
