UV_CACHE_DIR requirement confusing

Many of the examples here don't work on _kind_ unless_ they receive a `UV_CACHE_DIR=/app/.cache/uv` environment override.

This is confusing.  Kagenti (the UI or the operator?) silently provides this variable, but other environments may not.  It would be good to

- bake this into the image
- or at least document it
