feature: Add an A2A MCP Bridge

Feature Description

The kagenti-operator now allows for A2A agents to be discovered via the AgentCard CRD and associated labels: kagenti/kagenti-operator/pull/114

We should add an MCP server which leverages this to allow for dynamic discovery of agents running on a cluster, description of those agents, and invocation of them.

This will allow agents like claude code to explore available agents in a cluster, filter them by skills and capabilities then do useful work for them in real time.

Proposed Solution

Implement an MCP server with tools for

• agent discovery in a cluster, via the AgentCard CRD.
• invocation of a discovered agent
