feature: Slack researcher tool should use FastMCP library environment variables #59

Feature Description
The FastMCP library advertises that auth can be set purely through environment variables: https://gofastmcp.com/servers/auth/token-verification#environment-configuration
However, for this to work, we must wait for jlowin/fastmcp#1749 to be resolved and released.
Proposed Solution
Once a new release of FastMCP library is cut, we can implement and test this.
