Issue: Players Using Bot to Ban Others Instantly

I know this is an Anarchy server, but this is probably not in the interest of the server owner. A player or a group of players is running a bot that instantly bans new or unwanted players using an item ban (screenshot attached). There’s nothing we can do against it. Please implement a fix to prevent players from locking up the server.

oh yeah i forgot to say but your definition of kaboom being locked is not truly a lock, back when the server used scissors there was a lot of nuking, you couldnt even bypass it with commandspy
