Compare GPUs by taking GPU names as input. This will require getting GPU info via web scraping.

🔈 Motivation

This will make GPU comparison a lot easier w/o requiring the user to search GPU specs first. The package can do it itself.

📎 Additional context

Once a particular GPUs data is parsed, it can be stored in a database, which can be retrieved at later instances thus avoiding web scraping for the same GPU multiple times.
