Hello there! (Sorry, 4th of May effect!)
Is there any way to run MAGNET and pass the number of threads to RAxML?
Specifically, I'm interested in using raxmlHPC-PTHREADS-AVX2, and being able to pass the argument -T to RAxML.
Is there maybe some yet undocumented way to do this from MAGNET?
