Improve permission requests #35
Description
Right now there's 4 to 5 permission requests when the library needs to download the webview library to run. I'd like to ensure those requests are contextualized so that a user knows fully about what's being requested. Also, I think with the permissions query I can scope down the requests to be fairly granular.
