So Complements is a weird one: was can't measure the distance without access to the variable bounds, which aren't available in distance_to_set...

I think I'm going to leave the constraint programming ones. They're a bit harder to define. For example, what is the distance in AllDifferent? One needs to add only $\varepsilon$ if two elements are the same. It's also not obvious what distance to define for the bin packing (it also requires variable bounds)
