Duplicated column error #4
Description
Context: user specified ggmiam(chr = "Chromosome") while having both chr and Chromosome columns. Error thrown complained about having duplicated information. I think this is because ggmiami searches first for chr column, even though the user specified Chromosome. I need to look into this.
