Aggregate over tracks

Hi,
I wonder how can I aggregate (or average) over tracks in the same feature? The idea is to get a mean across replicate sequencing samples, for example.

Hi @Zepeng-Mu thanks for getting in touch. Not sure I understand what you want. You have several tracks and want to plot the aggregate signal for each track, over different sets of genomic loci? Have you looked at the documentation, in particular this section? If it does not answer your question, please provide a visual example of what you'd want to achieve.
