Need to extract format config from the general modelling code

At the moment all of the model format configurations are hard coded into the extension php functions so it is not possible to adjust them.

It would also be good to be able to relate this to external modelling work on related ontologies such as: https://github.com/linked-art/showcase1/pull/21/files
