Feature idea: Resolve comments #3

I just tried out markdown-docs for the first time, and it's a great extension! 👏🏼
I added several comments to a document today that reflected changes that needed to be made. Now that I made my changes, I want to go through each comment and make sure I didn't miss anything. I know that some word processing tools, e.g., Google Docs, allow you to resolve comments, i.e., mark them as done.
Does markdown-docs have this ability? I don't see anything suggesting it does. If it's not possible, please consider this a feature idea for a future iteration.
P.S. Is Issues the best place to make suggestions like mine, or is there a better method?
