ValiFrame InitApplication('Usb3') reported .NET error

Hi,

I am your sample code of ValiFrame Python Automation to automate the USB3 application. However, I am running into some problem shown below in the screen shot.

Problem Snippet:

I searched online, and tried to edit the ValiFrame.exe.config file with the add-in lines for compatibility of v2.0 code. However, it still doesn't work. Can you take a look? Thanks.
