two bug

i have meet two bugs:

1. $.browser.msie is undefined.
   this is because of jquery don't support msie from 1.9
   and i fixed.
2. Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: td[date=19 Mar 2014]

have no idea..

$.browser property is removed in jQuery 1.9+ (http://api.jquery.com/jquery.browser/)

Regarding 2 mistake:

you need to change next lines:

line 207:

if (matches = string.match(/^(\d{1,2}) ([^\s]+) (\d{4,4})$/)) {

replace it with:

if (matches = string.match(/^(\d{1,2}) (\d{1,2}) (\d{4,4})$/)) {

and line 215:

return date.getDate() + " " + this.short_month_names[date.getMonth()] + " " + date.getFullYear();

replace it with:

return date.getDate() + "-" + date.getMonth() + "-" + date.getFullYear();
