Settings' fixed location breaks portability

This single EXE program does not install itself on system. But despite this its settings are stored in extension-less file usercfg located at

C:\Users\YOUR-USER-NAME\AppData\Roaming\Jonas Kohl\CapsLock Indicator\settings\any\

So I looked in the Registry for

AppData\Roaming\Jonas Kohl\CapsLock Indicator\settings\any

bu my search found no such string. I have also searches for Jonas Kohl but found only entries in the MuiCache

So how can I make my copy of CapsLock Indicator become truly portable i.e. change the location of its settings to be the same as location of its EXE file? I see no option for doing this from within the program - thus I wanted to write a REG file with a new path picked by me, but I do not know what Key must be changed
