Notifying caps lock on when user input something like a password

Could be possible the application notify the user about capsLock state when writing something like a password ?

in example finding the user is pressing keys in the keyboard and what kind of application is in the foreground and guessing what kind of operation the user is doing (logging in or something like that) ....
