Overlay Position should have more options for placement of Notification

Right now under the

Notification > Overlay position

a user can choose from 9 positions. I might seem to be precisely enough- but in my opinion only to a user of a common 16:9 aspect ratio screen or a very similar monitor

I myself am using a widescreen with an aspect ratio of 21:9; often with a zoomed in view, when writing from my bed. And there already are screens which are 32:9. Plus a user might decide to use a pivot function, i.e. have a long vertical area and even use it while standing

Ans so as there are multiple ways of seeing content - thus different users should be able to match their individual hardware and software needs. My suggestion would be then to leave that Overlay Position options as they are - but also enhance it with an ability to set the exact X & Y position of Notification
