Display Time option needs clarification and / or a split of settings

I started using this extremely helpful software an hour ago. And when configuring it I wasted quite a time trying to figure out, how to set a permanent showing for the ON state of CapsLock with a temporary notification for its OFF state. It was logical for me that it is how it should be - but did not expect it to be so in this program as I was seeing only one control option under the

Notification > Display time

Plus as this makes sense [at least for my modus operandi] for CapsLock, it does not make for NumLock

And so the least that should be changed is to split this into

Notification > Display Time for ON
Notification > Display Time for OFF

so that a new user would know right away how this software works. While in more wholesome upgrade it could be split into

Notification > Display Time > CapsLock > ON
Notification > Display Time > CapsLock > OFF
Notification > Display Time > NumLock > ON
Notification > Display Time > NumLock > OFF
Notification > Display Time > ScrollLock > ON
Notification > Display Time > ScrollLock > OFF

which in turn would accomodate any individual need
