Hi,

I struggled quite a lot when setting up my instance (pue.re) which at the end boiled down to a lack of understanding how s3 works, how to set it up and what some env variables even mean.

tl;dr:

• add explanations to (ideally all) env variables
• mention how s3 is expected to be configured (r/w for access/secret key and anonymous public read)
