[Enhancement]: Adding video controls and layout from permalink page to the feed pages on desktop

Description

On desktop, I think it would be great if the 3 feed pages (Local, Following, For You), had the video controls that are present on the permalink page, as well as the same layout that the permalink page's comment panel has.
But still keeping the current layout of having the username and caption on top of the video, and the menu that is currently on the side of the video.

These are the features that the permalink page of content currently has, that I'd like to see on the feed pages:

• Video controls
• Follow and unfollow an uploader
• See when the content was uploaded
• See the caption easily, regardless of length or color of content
• See if a caption has been edited since the content was originally uploaded
• See a user's display name (right now you can only see their username)

If implemented, you would be able to do the following from the feed pages, as you already can on the permalink page:

1. Use video controls
2. Follow and unfollow an uploader
3. See when the content was uploaded
4. Easily see the caption, regardless of length or color of content
5. See if a caption has been edited since the content was originally uploaded
6. See a user's display name (right now you can only see their username)
7. One-click copy link to content

+1 this - mainly for the better video controls to be consistent across all feeds. The lack of a volume control on the video player while scrolling my feed is kinda frustrating.
