[Feature Request]: tt_to_tlgrtf Optionally create .csv file

### Feature description

Currently, tt_to_tlgrtf creates a .csv file of the output and does not allow the user to specify that it is not needed. This flexibility is needed by users. There needs to also be flexibility to specify the directory where the .csv file is to be created.
