The plots I generated from the mito-only howells model don't completely match the ones published in his paper, despite the fact that all parameters and ODEs match (by manual inspection and continued verification). Should write to him and ask for M files; should also ask if he had any trouble reproducing figures from Chen 2007 Biophys J.
