Add support for processing from and to a GCS bucket

• Add an env var to configure a Google Service Account
• Allow the file not to be uploaded but its GCS URL to be passed as a parameter
• Allow the results to be uploaded to GCS as JSON instead of being sent as a response (the response going to GCS should be optional, with the path to the resulting file being passed as a parameter)
