Update available while jnimmo is unavailable

Hi all

I've pushed pyIntesisHome2 (https://github.com/dolkensp/pyIntesisHome2) which has a few fixes merged in to PyPi

I've also made a fork of hass-intesishome (https://github.com/dolkensp/hass-intesishome) that uses this version which fixes various issues I was seeing with Intesis Home for Mitsubishi Heavy on Starlink

When jnimmo is back, happy to merge/archive everything, but for now be aware that the above alternative is available

Thanks Peter, I'd be really happy to merge a tested PR for release to PyPi so everyone can benefit from it. I'd also love to find new owner for pyInteisHome as it's not something I'm expecting to pick back up.

Hey @jnimmo - I'm not a python dev, just working on getting this more recent version stable out here in rural Australia where internet drops have been causing havoc.

Once I'm happy it's stable, I'll let you know.

Happy to take over PR/merge duties if you'd like, but I don't want anyone to mistake me for a Python dev, I've got lots of languages under my belt, but not that one, so I'm unlikely to be able to do more than minor bugfixes and merges/code-review.
