adding bank aggregator teller.io

the bank aggregator teller.io has a friendlier developer environment than plaid as it is free while plaid costs $0.30 for recurring transaction costs per month. teller.io free environment is restricted to 100 accounts, however that is very good. With 10 accounts in plaid the costs would be ~$3.00 per month. In comparison to monarchs fee of $14 per month this is very good and also supports the plaid development.

There was an effort in a separate package to transition from plaid.
