netAnalysis_signalingRole_heatmap() right barplots seem incorrect

Hi,

I created rankNet() plots and then netAnalysis_signalingRole_heatmap() plots to compare signaling across 3 conditions. However, the bar plots to the right of the heatmap do not seem to be matching the output of the rankNet plots. For example, you can see that PTPRM signaling is higher in N, and least in M. But according to the bar plot in the heatmap, it's highest in M. The scale of the barplot is also different across all the conditions. Would appreciate if someone could point out what I am missing here, and how to rectify it!

@ppratiksha95 Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We usually use the rankNet for comparion analysis. After checking the scource codes, I found the difference between the two results is due to the fact that the outdeg and indeg are used for representing the total outgoing and incoming signaling strength. We will fix it.
