Add consistent hash digest to all datasets #8
Description
For mapping files to datasets it would be useful to have a consistent hash added to all datasets during freezing/creation. Md5sum makes sense since it's used by all storage brokers except iRODS. Would be worth brainstorming ideas to make this backwardly compatible as far as possible.
