Modify the Placeholders feature to be more flexible

Someone might want to add all sorts of views and behaviors to their placeholders. Currently, our lib only lets the developer to use placeholders with either: A loading view and its text, An error view with text, action button, and/or its icon.

It would be nice to have it more customization around this feature.
