Apply other time of layout

Now JFB uses Material layout, we need to create others layout to increase JFB comprehensiveness.

Now we have LayoutType but we don't use it. My idea is pass this layoutType as a dynamic var (to use as appearance) and allow developer pass in FormBuilderViewController's init. And in each JField verify this type and create a field based on type.
