Create a way to add FormBuilderViewController as a view to other UIViewControllers

Sometimes we have a form that need another layout around.

So we need to create a way to pass FormBuilderViewController as a UIView to put anywhere that developer wants.

But an important note is we need to check UITableView reusable cell.
