How should the JBang codelenses behave in a Jupyter Notebook cell?

While testing redhat-developer/vscode-java#4181, I had jbang-vscode installed. Happily surprised to see dependency completion works OOTB ;-)
The Run/Debug JBang codelenses are displayed as well, but when clicked, they try to run the notebook file, like

jbang "/Users/fbricon/Dev/sandbox/example.ipynb".

Questions to @maxandersen :

• should the codelens be displayed at all?
• should the underlying command be different?
• should JBang itself support running an ipynb file?

Jbang won't run notebooks - but notebooks will support jbang syntax in their cells.

so codelenses are pointless then. I should remove them
