Limit number of concurrent Lambda executions #2
Description
AWS has a concurrency limit and so should this implementation. It would be nice to be able to configure a rather small number for local testing.
The failure behavior should be close to what AWS Lambda does so that @studio/dispatcher can implement the retry /failure logic accordingly.
- Research AWS docs on how Lambda fails if concurrency limit is reached
- Make concurrency limit configurable (where?)
- Fail Lambda invocation if concurrency limit is reached
