not find ndk-libs.jar

hello everyone:
    when i run this project, it return some errors,one of them is about the jar package not found.it is name is "*/build/libs/ndk-libs.jar must exist".this jar package is dynamic generate in build.gradle. i do not unstand why it is not generate. please some one help me? thanks.
