Improve/change textdomain #20
Description
Textdomain for the plugin needs to be changed to disable-users.
This will allow translations through WordPress.org and greatly simplify things and likely result and many more translations.
In addition the load_textdomain method can be cleaned up.
Lastly, existing translations (and ones pending) need to be changed for the new textdomain. See #11 and #7
