사용자 제거 뿐만 아니라, 아래 연산에서도 연결이 남아 있으면 실패해야 할 것 같습니다.
- 사용자 권한 변경
- 사용자 비밀번호 변경

client_list의 정보는 실제 캐시 서버와 연결 여부와 차이가 있기는 한데, 코멘트 주신대로 수정해 두겠습니다.

의미적으로 볼 때, 캐시 서버와의 연결에 관한 정보이므로 그렇게 표현한 것입니다.
