Surface Pro 3 Wifi problem after deep sleep

Hello and thank you for this wonderful surface kernel.

I have a problem with the latest version of the kernel: After going into hibernation or standby, my wifi stops working.

I found a similar problem here Wi-Fi drops after suspend #420 [https://github.com//issues/420]
So my understanding is that the problem has been fixed; am I right?

The only way to get wifi working again is to reboot the system or do the following

sudo modprobe -rv mwifiex_pcie #sudo modprobe -rv mwifiex_pcie
sudo modprobe -v mwifiex_pcie

I tried modprobe -r mwifiex_pcie and modprobe -i mwifiex_pcie but it does not work for me...

I hope someone has an idea how to fix this or can help me with a script?
