Python scripts seem to use timezone of computer, not of location

We've got some drizzle coming in tonight which makes napping pretty much mandatory. Expect it around 7am.

(Because it took me way too long to understand myself what was going on here...)

The issue is that it should have said nothing was coming in. But instead, it had moved on to the 25th, instead of realizing that it was still the 24th for the customer (me).
