Unable to proceed with ripping when not selecting an inexact match

Hi,

can't seem to rip a CD that is not present in any of the online databases because not selecting any of the inexact matches
0.) none of the above: 0
will result in
ok, aborting.

I can't seem to find a way to get past this point.

See #61, but adding an option there to continue without metadata would be nice. I'll mark it as enhancement.
