Add build numbers to Windows version info #9
Description
Currently the Windows versions in the data is identified by its product name, even in the machine-readable CSV and JSON formats. It is good for manual inspection, but not so good (or rather, bad) for programmatic use, especially when a program needs to look up a syscall number given a running Windows system, since a separate mapping of product name (in this project's format) to build number has to be used, and makes it impossible to automatically adopt to newer Windows versions. Considering that this project only supports official major Windows releases (see #4), every Windows version from Vista and above could be associated with a single build number (e.g. "Windows 7 (SP0)" = 7600, "Windows 10 (1507)" = 10240, etc.).
