Keyboard layout is not taken into account for keyboard controls.

Describe the bug

I use Colemak as the keyboard layout. It is not taken into account by SoundThread for keyboard controls. If I try to open the explore menu with Ctrl+E according to Colemak, nothing happens. I need to press Ctrl+F according to Colemak to open the explore menu. F is on Colemak where E is on QWERTY.

To Reproduce

1. Set Colemak as the keyboard layout.
2. Press Ctrl+E to open the explore menu.
3. See that nothing happens.
4. Press Ctrl+F.
5. See that the explore menu opens.

Expected behavior

I expect to use keyboard controls with the keys according to the keyboard layout, that is the same keys which write the letters. So, for Ctrl+E, I expect to press Ctrl and the key which would write the letter E regardless of how it is on QWERTY (which is how most keyboards are labeled).
