no output due to error:invalid data

Hello

I’m struggling to make Soundthread working with the CDP-models. I succesfully installed both (not without any pain though), but I’m now stumbling over the same stone every time. There seems to be an issue with the output, there’s none due to invalid data and coded process fails.
I have no experience with coding, so I’m in the dark here. Soundthread is otherwise running good, so I might think there’s a problem in the dialogue with cdp?

Also, as a sidenote: I don’t seem to be able to change the output folder to a destination I want.

Hi! What operating system are you using? The problem does seem to be with the output file. Are you trying to name it "//atm_extend" if you are I'd try removing the slashes from the file name. If you are not then I think that is probably SoundThread trying to save to a non existent folder in your root directory which is probably doesn't have permission to do

I use macOS Monterey 12.7.6

I’m not using the double slashes before the name.

Your second suggestion could well be. Soundthread doesn’t render to a specific output folder too. How to tell ST where to store the files, with permission?

When you click run thread for the first time it will pop up with a save as dialogue asking you where you want to save the file. Alternatively you can uncheck "reuse output folder" and it will ask you every time you press the run thread button.
