Increase Shift Timing range

The MPC3000 allows a shift of up to 999 ticks. Let's see if we can add this kind of range to VMPC2000XL.

@Gee000r What's the maximum number of ticks you use? If it's below 100, that would be great because I can then keep the UI as is. But if it's 100 or more, no worries, I'll change the UI.

Up to 99 will be more than enough, and you won't have to change the UI. Awesome!
